This agreement governs services provided by Soshal to the client.
2. Services Provided
Content creation, strategy, management, scheduling, reporting.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Timely content/assets
- Respond within 3 days
- Use secure tools for sharing
4. Payment
Prepaid. Due in 7 days. Late = suspension.
5. Revisions
One round per post. Feedback within 5 days.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights transfer after payment. We may showcase work.
7. Cancellation
7-day notice. Inactive 14+ days = paused.
8. Platform Issues
We're not liable for third-party bugs.
9. Liability
No guarantees on results. Liability capped at total paid.
10. Indemnity
You’re responsible for content you supply.

Privacy Policy

To deliver services, manage content, process billing.

Used for analytics. Opt-out via browser.
4. Data Sharing
No resale. Used only with trusted tools (e.g. Canva).
5. Security
Restricted staff access. Stored securely.
6. Access
Email to access/delete your data.
7. Changes
Updates posted here. Use = agreement.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Effective Date: 23 May 2025
1. Scope
Defines expected delivery and communication standards.
2. Response Times
- 1–2 business days for emails
- 24h for urgent issues (Mon–Fri)
3. Delivery
5–7 business days per item (post-brief).
4. Office Hours
Mon–Fri 9am–5pm AEST
5. Revisions
Handled in 2–3 business days
6. Delays
Paused after 14+ days of silence. May need restart fee.
7. Platform Limitations
Not liable for platform bugs/outages.
